The main task of the Infrastructure Department is to arrange cleaning, laundry and waste management services for the North Estonia Medical Centre. Hygiene requirements are very strict in health care institutions and, thus, monitoring the quality of cleaning in hospital is extremely important. Infrastructure Department also takes care that the clothing and bedsheets of patients are clean and staff's uniform correct. North Estonia Medical Centre is an environment-friendly organization; all waste is sorted according to modern requirements and will be disposed by the waste management company. Our aim is to protect human health and environment and preserve natural resources.
All housings have separate managers to arrange daily activities. Waste management is monitored by environment specialist Evelin Laupa.
